Xero Invoice & Inclusive Exclusive settings.
Introduction
This post shows how to check the invoices and change the setting for inclusive and exclusive in Xero. The invoices will sync from BIG POS to Xero every 10 minutes.
How to check invoices sync from BIGPOS to Xero?
- First, you must make sure to sync data from the BIG POS app after any transaction performs, it will automatically retrieve data to the BIG POS web admin after any transactions are made.

2. Then, you also must make sure “Xero Configurations” is set up correctly.

3. After that, you need to go to Xero Website https://login.xero.com/identity/user/login, select “Business” and choose “Invoices“.

4. You will see the invoice from BIG POS transaction successful transfer data to Xero, the sync time from BIG POS to Xero is 10 minutes per sync.

How to check BIG POS & Xero invoice data?
1. First, click the “Walk in customer” with clickable light blue words to check invoice data in more detail.

2. After clicking, you can check the Xero Invoice with Customer Name, Date, Summary of Store, Terminal, Invoice ID, and Order ID tallied with BIG POS Invoice.

3. Thereafter, you can check the invoice amount with the BIG POS invoice. You can check on Tax amount, and Grand Total to identify data that are tallied.

The BIG POS Invoice shows the “Tax” and “Grand Total” values, and Xero Invoice shows “Total Sales Tax 0%” and “TOTAL” values. As you can see, the value is same from BIG POS invoice and Xero Invoice. That means BIG POS invoice and Xero invoice data are tallied.
How to change Tax Exclusive to Tax Inclusive?
1. When your company branch is using Tax Inclusive, you can go to “Invoice Options“, and select “Edit“.

2. Then, you can edit your invoice “Tax Exclusive” into “Tax Inclusive” and select “Update“.
