We’ve improved the Table Reservation Notes feature to ensure customer messages are visible in BIGPOS Pro and email.

Email Reservation Details

When a customer submits a table reservation, any notes they add will now be included in the reservation confirmation email.

BIGPOS Pro & BIG Waiter

Reservation notes are now displayed in reservation details when opening a table during the reservation period.

If No Reservation Message Added

If there are no notes, the notes section will remain hidden in both.
