Introduction

Schedules allow auto messaging a customer for notification and promting purposes on occasions such as birthday promotion or valentine promotion. This section introduces how to use the Schedules feature in BIG POS Web Admin.

How to enter ‘Schedules Main Page’?

To enter the ‘Schedules Main Page’, follow the following steps:

  1. Head over to ‘Messages’ on the left side panel.
  2. Using the dropdown menu, proceed by clicking on ‘Schedules’.
