Introduction
Service Line is one of the business store categories that provide service for customers (Example: Spa, clinic and beauty salon).
Users can go to the web admin Company Profile to check on the store category of the account:

How to make an appointment for the reservation system?
- There are 3 ways to make appointment for reservation system:
- Bigpos Pro
- Web Admin
- B Reward Apps
How to create an appointment using BIGPOS Pro?
There are 2 ways to create an appointment via BIGPOS Pro:
- Add Appointment button
- Appointment list option
How to create an appointment via web admin?
- Login web admin.
- Click on the Reservation option.
- Click on Create appointment.
- Fill in all the fields and click Save.
- Appointment successfully created.
How to create an appointment via B reward app?
- Login B reward apps.
- Click on create appointment string.
- Fill in all the fields and click Next.
- View appointment details page will prompt out, click on the make payment button.
- After successfully making a payment, apps will revert from the payment page to the appointment list page. “Appointment created successfully” toast message will prompt out.
- If the payment is not successful, the appointment will be not created, and not be listed in the appointment list.
Appointment payment status
- There are two type of payment status which is paid and unpaid.
- If appointment is made from B reward, user able to make payment and the payment status for the appointment will be paid.
- If appointment is made from web admin/pro apps, the payment status for the appointment will be unpaid
Important parts that need to be filled in when creating the appointment page.
How to create a service product?
1) Go to the product list page.
2) Click on create product.
3) In create product page, toggle on is service product button. Fill in all field and click Save button.
- Service product does not have:
- variants
- composite inventory
- inventory
- Service products only support fixed pricing type
- If the service product status on the product page = is active, it will appear in create service page and vice versa.
- After managing to create a service product successfully, the user needs to go to the service page and create a service.
- If the status of the service = active, the service will show available in pro apps/b reward and vice versa.
Service setting
- Service setting consist of 2 parts:
- Service Session
- Room
- Service Session
Service Session
For the service sessions, the user is able to choose the day and set the time for store operation hours.
Room Setting
- Users are able to create a room from the room set.
- Users are able to choose a room when making an appointment if the enable room selection option is toggled on.
- The room option will hide if the user toggles off to enable the room selection.
Shift Report
- Shift schedule is used for scheduling employees in rotations.
- For Shift schedule settings, need to be done under the Employee module.
- Users can update the employee availability on the shift schedule page.
- Staff on duty availability depends on a shift schedule.
