Manage Promotions – Discount

Introduction

Discount is used to specify how a promotion will be applied during a transaction and what requirements or criteria shall be fulfilled by a customer to enjoy the promotion. Discount can:

• Specify the type of discount.
• Specify which products are exclusively applicable for the discount.
• Specify the discounted value for each discount.
• Specify the limitation of what type of orders to be applicable.

How to ‘Adjust Discount’?

To begin adjusting a discount, follow the following steps:

1. First, navigate to the Promotions main page as shown in Promotions Main Page section or navigate to the Update Promotion page by editing an existing promotion as shown in Create Promotion section.
2. Within the Create Promotion page or Update Promotion page, search for the Discount subsection.

3. After filling all the required inputs, the user shall continue by clicking on or cancel.
