Manage Promotions – Customer Eligibility
Introduction
Customer Eligibility is used to specify what type of customers can enjoy a promotion. Customer Eligibility can:
- Specify whether to allow everyone to enjoy a promotion.
- Specify whether only certain customers can enjoy a promotion by limiting via customer tags.
How to ‘Adjust Customer Eligibility’?
To begin adjusting a customer eligibility, follow the following steps:
- First, navigate to the Promotions main page as shown in Promotions Main Page section or navigate to the Update Promotion page by editing an existing promotion as shown in Create Promotion section.
- Within the Create Promotion page or Update Promotion page, search for the Customer Eligibility subsection.

- After filling all the required inputs, the user shall continue by clicking on
or cancel.
