Introduction

This post will guide you in introducing the loyalty system for the E-voucher.

How to create a voucher in BigPos Web admin?

1. First, go to “Loyalty” and choose “Voucher” at the left panel to redirect you to the voucher page.

2. Then click on the add voucher to create a voucher.

• Voucher Type:
  • Item Redeemed Voucher
    • This type of voucher is used to claim an item. 
    • Example: voucher is used to claim 2 Apple, after adding this voucher to the cart will automatically add 2 Apple into the cart.
  • Discount Voucher
    • This voucher type is used to pay as a payment method/type. 
    • Example: The above voucher is RM 10, and my total is RM 20, so after I pay with this voucher, the total will change to RM 10, similar to a split payment.

4. You need to choose one of the types to create your desired voucher.

How To Claim Scan To Claim Only Voucher

1. The voucher list will show all vouchers then, press on the barcode icon for that voucher.
2. The voucher will open the voucher barcode in another window.
3. Customers need to scan through B Reward apps.
4. After the customer scans, the voucher will add to their member page.
5. The voucher claimed page is shown.
