How to use multiple Customer Display System (CDS) Connection

Introduction

This post will guide you on how to connect multiple devices using a single BIGPOS Pro app with two Customer Display Systems (CDS). This situation may occur when a restaurant has multiple floors.

How to manage multiple Customer Display System (CDS) Connection?

  1. Open the BIGPOS Pro.
  2. Go to the “Settings“.

3. Make sure to switch on ” This is Local Server“.

4. Next, click on “Customer Display System” and then tap “Add Customer Display“.

5. Scan and select the IP address corresponding to the CDS location and click “DONE.” A successful connection will be displayed as shown in the picture below.

Note: Ensure that you are using the same Wi-Fi or internet connection.

6. When the waiter presses “Send,” it will be sent directly to two CDS devices, as shown in the picture below.
