How to use Merge or Split Order in BIGPOS Pro and Lite?

Introduction

This post will assist you in how to use the Merge order function in table business mode and Split order in all business modes which include table business mode, queue number business mode, and tag number business mode.

How to use the Merge Order function in Table Business Mode?

1. First, you need to create 2 orders in the same table.

2. Then you can press the table icon on the left side, and it will show the “Merge Order” option.

3. Press the “Merge Order” option, and 2 orders in the same table will be merged successfully.

How to use the Split Order function in all business modes?

1. First, you need to add more than one product to your cart.

2. Then, press “Split Order“.

3. After pressing “Split Order“, you can choose one product to proceed with split order.

4. Lastly, you will proceed with payment at the payment page. On the payment page, you can’t apply for any discount, can’t edit quantity and everything can’t be edited. Only can proceed with payment.
