How to Add Product Description?

Introduction

A product’s characteristics and value are described in its description. A product description’s main goal is to persuade people to buy by giving them crucial details about the characteristics and major advantages of the product.

Please remember that only the QR Menu will display this product description.

How to ‘Add Description’?

A. New product

To add description for a new product, follow the following steps:

1. Head over to ‘Manage Products’ on the left side panel.
2. Using the dropdown menu, proceed by clicking on ‘Products’.
3. After step 2, click on the green ‘Add products icon’ on the right which will redirect into the ‘Create Product Page’.

4. Fill in the relevant product description as shown below.

5. Proceed to the bottom of the page and click save or cancel.

B. Existing product

To begin adding a description for existing products, follow the following steps:

1. Head over to ‘Manage Products’ on the left side panel.
2. Using the dropdown menu, proceed by clicking on ‘Products’.
3. After step 2, click on the pencil icon   which will redirect the user to the ‘Update Product Page’.

4. Fill in the relevant product description as shown below.

5. Proceed to the bottom of the page and click save or cancel.
