How do members earn & redeem loyalty points in BIGPOS Pro?

Introduction

This post will help you to understand how members earn and redeem loyalty points in BIGPOS Pro only.

How do members earn loyalty points?

1. First, you need to make sure you had enabled your loyalty point at web admin.

2. Then, you need to open an order and select customer. This help customer earns loyalty points depending on how many points you set up at web admin and how much they spend in their cart.

3. After payment, if you set the amount of spending to 1 = 1 point. The customer will get 29 points and now will show you how to check customer loyalty points.

4. You need to press on “Add Customer“.

5. Then, select one customer.

6. And now, press on the customer.

7. Lastly, press Loyalty History. The customer just earns 29 loyalty points to redeem for the next orders.

How do members redeem loyalty points?

1. First, you need to open an order and select customer. Then, you will see “AMOUNT REDEEMED” and press it.

2. After pressing “AMOUNT REDEEMED“, It will show the Loyalty Points box. Enter how many points you want to redeem and press the “Redeem” button.

3. After pressing the “Redeem” button, as you can see. The grandtotal had been deducted from the loyalty points that you redeemed.
