Employee Activity – Main Page

Introduction

Employee Activity allows monitoring of employees and their respective actions during their working hours such as the time they sold a product and the time they print a receipt. This section introduces how to use the Employee Activity feature in BIG POS Web Admin.

Prerequisite for Using Employee Activity

To use the ‘Employee Activity’ feature, each registered employee must sign in to BIG POS Lite or Pro version with their respective employee PIN so that record will be saved according to the PIN provided.

How to enter ‘Performance Main Page’?

To enter the ‘Performance Main Page’, follow the following steps:

  1. Head over to ‘Manage Employees’ on the left side panel.
  2. Using the dropdown menu, proceed by clicking on ‘Employee Activity’.
  3. Depends on which activity log to be viewed, select either ‘Web Admin‘ or ‘Application‘.
  4. Select which employee to be inspected.
  5. Specifies the date range to be inspected.
  6. Specifies whether to limit the actions to be queried in the ‘Status’ input. (Optional)
  7. Click on to query the result and output will be displayed below. Sample output is shown below.
