Company Profile – Company Account Setting

Introduction

This section explains the various options available in the Company Account Setting. These customizations allow the adjustment of the company profile to suit the user’s preference.

Company Account Setting Details

  1. Business Name

The name of the business.

  1. Default Tax

The tax selected to be the default tax across the company as described in Create Tax Page Section C. 

  1. Tax Type

Choose whether the price displayed during a transaction includes or excludes tax. 

  1. Enable rounding

Choose whether to enable or disable price rounding. 

  1. Closing time of operations

Specifies the default closing time of business. 

  1. Fix Supplier Price

Specifies whether to fix suppliers’ price to a standard value. 

  1. Kitchen order format

Determine how group of items will be identified as a single sheet/receipt, for etc In ‘All item in one sheet’, If user order 3 items, then all the items will be displayed in one sheet/receipt whereas in ‘One item per sheet’, each of the item will display in different 3 sheet/receipt. 

  1. Enable Pax

Choose whether to allow passenger numbers to be included before opening an order. 

  1. Kitchen Printers

Specifies which printer to be the kitchen printer which is used to display the order received from a customer to the kitchen to assist kitchen staff to prepare an order. 

  1. Print order summary to

Specifies which printer to print order summary. Print order summary is the printed order made by the customer which allows the customer to check back their order. 

  1. Default kitchen printer

Specifies which printer to be the default kitchen printer. 

  1. Attendance Enable

Specifies whether to enable attendance recording for employees. More details in Attendance Section.

  1. Loyalty Enable

Specifies whether to enable or disable loyalty program to gain insights of loyalty to customer retention, redeemed cashback etc. More details in Loyalty Setting Section.

  1. Application Type

Determine which type of application is in use, there are 2 different types which are Lite version and Pro version. Pro Version is the default version.

  1. WhatsApp No with Country Code

Specifies the country code of the account which is used for WhatsApp business account number reference. 

  1. WhatsApp Short URL

Used to store the auto generated link in WhatsApp business app.
