Branch – Cashier Access Control

Introduction

This section further explores the other details of the Branch feature in terms of Cashier Access Control in BIG POS Web Admin. Cashier Access Control controls and manages granting of access of various functions to relevant employees ie Cashier and Store Manager.

Cashier Access Control Details

1. Delete Item From New Order

Access to remove a product from a new order.

2. Delete Item From Saved Open Order

Access to remove a product from a previously saved order.

3. Refund

Access to perform the refund procedure.

4. Cancel

Access to cancel an order.

5. Discount

Access to apply discounts during an order.

6. Re Print Re Send Receipt

Access to reprint and resend a receipt.

7. Open Close Shift

Access to perform open shift and close shift procedures.

8. View Manage Transactions

Access to access the ‘Manage Transactions’ page.

9. Open Cash Drawer When Opening Close Shift

Access to open the cash drawer upon open or close shift procedure.

10. Print Shift Report After Close Shift

Access to print shift reports during the close shift procedure.
